Currently a patient at Priors Hall Dental. Ever since I walked in, I noticed the difference in standards compared to other practices I visited in the past. Monika, Kam and Charlie make you feel so welcome; they're very polite and friendly whilst remaining professional. I am half way through my dental treatment and I'm well happy with the progression. I recently had Invisalign and bonding done by Dr. Ritesh, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. The process was straightforward, and Dr. Ritesh took the time to explain each step. Monika at the reception was also incredibly helpful with booking my appointments, making everything seamless. Highly recommended.

I have always been a bit wary of the dentist but when Dr Suchi started treating me a number of years ago in Stamford I was so relieved to finally see a dentist who was able to make me feel so relaxed to be there. I (and my children) have followed her to Priors Hall and now travel a lot further for appointments but I am so comfortable and impressed with the care and customer service that it is worth it. In addition, her colleagues Nurse Charlie and Monika are delightful - I recommend the Practice to all.

I had two seperate appointments, composites fillings with Dr. Ritesh and advanced clean with Ellie. They were very friendly, professional and had the gentle touch for those scared to go to dentists. Very high standard environment/equipments and worth every penny. All staff members were very friendly and professional especially Monika at front desk. I highly recommend Priors Hall Dental.

So glad I chose Priors Hall Dental! Beautiful relaxing atmosphere and such a stunning practice. Everything has been so well thought out and nothing is ever too much. From the welcoming front of house staff to all the dental nurses I’ve met to Dr Kam who is such a perfectionist and is amazing at what he does. All my treatments have been explained thoroughly and I was made to feel so comfortable after having struggled with a phobia for many years. I can’t wait to now start my Invisalign journey. I would highly recommend this practise to anyone and everyone who wants a seamless experience in the dental industry.

Highly recommend priors hall dental. I’ve been having treatment for the last 2 years for my Invisalign and I’ve just come to the end of my treatment. So happy with my end results and can thank the team enough. Dr Kam has been brilliant and listened to everything I asked for and made me feel so comfortable when I was scared of the dentist before coming here! Charlie and Monika were so lovely and can’t recommend them enough. Nothing is too much to ask and I now actual enjoy visiting the dentist! Thank you 🫶🏻🫶🏻

From the moment you walk in the door you feel at ease, monika was very welcoming. Dr Kaim was great! I also asked about their dental plan to help budget better. Lisa and Kirsty on the reception desk were very helpful in helping me sign up for the plan and book my next appointments in. Great service.

My first ever visit today to Priors Hall Dental as an extremely nervous patient, which may I add is of a high cleanliness with beautiful interior. From the moment I arrived I was warmly greeted by the two lovely ladies on reception, Kirsty and Lisa. After my extremely thorough examination by Noman who explained everything to me in great depth and was ever so patient and understanding with my nerves, I left feeling so much more calm and confident and I knew I had made the right decision and I’m so glad I visited. Already I am less nervous and have made further appointments to visit again. A massive thank you to you all.

Great experience at The Priors Hall Dental clinic. Monika at reception was super helpful and friendly, while the dental team of Cam and Charlie were really nice throughout , taking the time to explain every step of the procedure and making sure I was at ease at all times. Even the injections didn’t hurt that much 😉 !! See you again in a couple of weeks for my next session.

Excellent start to finish! My Invisalign experience with Priors Hall Dental started in March 2023 and I’ve had the best experience with them. They gave me my confidence back, whilst providing excellent service and knowledge. Dr Suchi was always kind and talked me through each step and Amanda was a constant support start to finish. A special shout out to Mary, Tia and Alice too who were always so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this practise!

The staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming, I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment snd was seen immediately. The dentist explained all about my check up. No further appointment was required for a year. The surgery itself is very modern in decor with a calming ambience which would be great for those who are nervous with dental appointments. I would highly recommend this dental surgery.

The service was excellent and very friendly , Alice on reception was very welcoming and helpful with regards to sorting out our paperwork and future appointments. Have just visited Priors Hall dental surgery with my husband who is absolutely terrified of dentists. He had a check up and an extraction with the brilliant dental team, Dr. Kam and nurse Charlie. He says he felt so relaxed and calm he will never feel scared again and won't put off going and suffering with horrendous toothache. Hats off to this surgery who, from the receptionist upwards, made visiting the dentists a pleasure.

Everyone I have dealt with through this process has been very professional and polite. From my first initial call to boo an appointment, to the receptionist on my first visit and to the dentist.I have been dealing with Amanda (treatment coordinator) mainly and she has been brilliant.Amanda was very informative, making sure I understood every thing and when I didn’t she was very patient and made me feel comfortable enough to ask without feeling stupid.Amanda went through my options and gave her advice without being to pushy of what to do.I would 100% recommend this practice to any friends and family.Thank you guys.

The entire experience, from the friendly phone booking to the warm welcome from all staff, highlighted exceptional customer service. Priors Hall Dentist have been amazing throughout my cosmetic treatment, All members of the team I have came into contact with have been friendly and welcoming. Took my son to his first dental appointment and he was a bit nervous but after meeting Dr Kamran he was so happy! Honestly would strongly recommend Priors Hall Dental all day long! From the moment we walked in the receptionists were talking to my son and which made him feel very happy then the appointment it self he really enjoyed and can’t wait to go back. I broke my tooth a few weeks ago but am very nervous about dentists and not gone for many years. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcomed. The lady on the desk took the time to ask me how I was feeling and not to worry, my dentist explained everything and answered all my questions and although extremely anxious throughout my visit I was put at ease. As it was my first time visiting a dentist I was a little apprehensive. But I needn’t have been as everyone who works at the practice is so lovely and takes all the worrying out of your visit. Kam has been great on every appointment I’ve had him with so far. He talks you through everything and puts your mind at ease. And the friendly smile you get from Monika when you walk through the door. Makes the whole experience enjoyable. And I never thought I’d say that about a dentist! I’d highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs. Even more so if you’re a nervous patient like I was.

I have the worst fear of dentists, but knew that I needed to get a grip of myself and make an appointment. After seeing the fantastic work the team do through social media and speaking with the lovely Amanda at the surgery, I decided to pull my big girl pants up and attend my appointment today.From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I couldn't believe just how at ease everyone made me feel. Dr Patel was amazing, he explained everything that was about to happen and talked me through the assessment even though I was so nervous and couldn't give straight answers :).I left with a plan and with an understanding of what is happening next, which as a control freak really helped calm my nerves.If you are like me and have a fear of the dentist, I can genuinely say Priors Hall dental helped lessen that nervousness and I'm now booked in for fillings ........but I'm not scared :)

I made contact with the team to ask questions and had a very quick response. The workers were clear and professional.I received contact from a worker who would be with me through out if I chose to go a head. I was given appointments that fit around me and when I went in all staff couldn’t have been friendlier. I felt with my pre meeting I had a good knowledge of the process I would be undertaking and had clear information of what actions they was taking. I was so confident in their approach I agreed that day to start the procedure I wanted. They are competitive prices with a personal touch and I highly recommend them

I booked in on an emergency appointment and was seen the next day at the appointment I was asked to register my details have a check up etc.Then told I needed a molar removed which was done there and then while I was surprised As I thought I might have to make another appointment I was really pleased to get it done there and thenThe dentist was really professional and friendly as were all the staff who dealt with me which put me right at easeSo would recommend to anyone needing treatment and looking for a dentist

Haven't been to see a dentist in nearly 8 years due to work and lifestyle restrictions. Was extremely nervous about even going back to a dentist and wasn'tsomething i considered. By off chance, met receptionist Aaliyah while I was out for dinner. She was very easy to talk to and next thing i knew, had me signed up to priors hall the same day with a slot booked! She was very friendly, just like the rest of the staff.Had my check up with Dr Kam. I thought he would give me bad news since i hadn't been to a dentist in years however, he made me feel very comfortable, was very chatty and friendly and easy to talk to. He gave me fantastic advice and i hope this is the start long lasting healthy teeth!

Amazing experience! All the staff at Priors Hall Dental are professional and go that 'extra mile' to provide exceptional care, information and reassurance. My son was seen with a wisdom tooth emergency within a couple of hours of our call. Special mention for Jasmine who was very caring, understanding and provided excellent information and support when I called. On our visit Dr Cam was amazing. He was professional, caring and incredibly reassuring. Each step of treatment and ongoing care was explained clearly and my son felt immediately at ease. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend this practice.

I cannot praise this dental practice enough, especially Dr Kam. I have always been a very nervous patient and not having visited a dentist for over eight years my anxiety was through the roof! I needn't have worried, Dr Kam was patient and understanding, he took the time to explain the procedures step by step and worked at my own pace. I had an old filling removed, the cavity cleaned and replaced with a new composite filling followed by a hygiene clean. Throughout the appointment Dr Kam and Amanda were attentive, considerate of my feelings and really put me at ease. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. After such a positive experience I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Dr Kam was extremely thorough.I feel confident that I had a proper examination of my teeth.I was told that I need one replacement filling which had been filled five times by previous dentist ( apparently the inside of the tooth was decayed but had not been cleaned out properly, and one new filling next to the one I had filled which had been missed at my previous dentist a week ago.Nice premises, very efficient and friendly staff. Thanks for your help today, it was very much appreciated

After 20years I finally went to a dentist again. Dr Kam was recommended to me and I went. What can I say. All my fears of dentists gone in one afternoon. Dr Kam and his team made me feel comfortable and he has a way of putting you at ease. He talks to you through the treatment and while he is treating you. If Priors Hall had been around 20 years ago, I would have had better teeth.All I can say is if you are thinking of going...GO...you will not regret it.

The dentists and staff at Priors Hall are the most professional, courteous and caring that you’ll come across. I’ve been well looked after on all my visits, with clear information provided so I can make informed choices on what treatments to go ahead with. The practise itself is very modern and the ceiling artwork just helps to calm your nerves if you’re not the most confident with dentists. Totally recommend them!

Had a severe phobia of visiting the dentist my whole life, but Priors Hall Dental are hugely fixing this for me. Everyone I’ve seen have been the most lovely considerate people, incredibly careful and delicate with procedures and don’t pressure clients to go ahead with anything they're not ready for.

OUTSTANDING! After a rather traumatic cycling injury, my little girl (3 years old) visited Priors Hall Dental and received fantastic care. Not only were they able to reassure a rather frantic mother but more importantly ensured my little girl was relaxed and understood exactly what was going on. It was all explained at a level she could understand and it has made her first experiences with a dentist very positive. She looks forward to visiting the dentist and sitting in the ‘space chair’.I cannot thank you enough for providing such brilliant care.

The team here are incredible! They have been supper supportive and helped me with all of my queries! They were able to help me get lovely white teeth for my wedding in a short time frame and were super flexible in finding me appointments around my work, even staying late to help me. I can't thank you enough and stress how amazing they are!

Wow this practice looks amazing you can tell a lot of thought and effort has gone into the design and look you don’t feel like you are in a standard dentist practice more like a 5 * hotel. The treatment from staff, nurse and dentist was outstanding they all make you feel so comfortable. Best dentist around , and a great addition to the local community.

Fantastic experience! Going to the dentist can be daunting for some but be rest assured your experience at Priors Hall will be fantastic! The place has a great vibe and the staff are really welcoming and friendly. They are professional and fill you with confidence. I would highly recommend the this dental practice.
